Every call, text, portal message and email in one inbox.

Keep your practice’s number, or get a new local one. Add the automated front desk, and the calls you can’t take still get answered.

Every plan includes a Business Associate Agreement.

The Spathe Health inbox. Jen O’Connor’s call is at the top, marked urgent: fever of 103. Below it are the messages waiting for the practice, then the calls the front desk handled on its own, such as a question about parking it answered and a visit it confirmed.

The front desk

It picks up the calls nobody can get to and says up front that it is automated. It answers questions like “Do you take Aetna?” and books the visit or takes a message.

When something sounds urgent, it tells the caller to call 911 if it’s an emergency. Then it texts you and adds a task to call them back.

Visits go straight into LactaRoute, Acuity, Cal.com, Cliniko, DrChrono, Healthie, Practice Better, PracticeQ or Square Appointments, or into a Google or Outlook calendar. With any other system, it texts the caller your booking link and adds a task to call them back.

It never gives clinical advice, and anyone can ask for a person.
